The last month when a different crew that I did not know came, I asked Jared, the owner, and he said that he was short-handed so he had to reassign his crew. Three weeks later, one of his crew members told me that Jared is getting out of the lawn maintenance business and Jared is paying this crew to do our lawn the month of August and their company will then take over. I did not like the way Jared is not telling his customers until the final bill when he includes a letter that another company is taking over."
