For a small fee i had them coat my return with this anti microbial coating made specifically for air conditioning and boy does it look so much better than the fiberglass duct board yellow.He even got on the roof and took a video to show me the vent was free of clogs. Their equipment was very impressive. I just returned to the home for the first time in about 3 weeks and the fresh smell from their sanitation fog is still detectable in the air. "From the first contact (Fred!) this company has proved to be the most professional and efficient I have had the pleasure to deal with. My AC had broken down and the high temperatures and humidity in North Florida can be health threatening... Fred, their dispatcher, was super nice and scheduled a visit by a technician (Jared) and was extremely professional over the phone. Jared arrived at the scheduled time and proceeded to troubleshoot, starting with the basics after listening to my description of what I had observed. He narrowed it down and voila! The AC is now cooling my house again and life is good. Jared explained everything he had found and what he had done to correct it and gave me a detailed receipt.
