Irish, the owner, did the work (2/10/17) and his last words were: “It was a pleasure to serve you.” Based on what I experienced, that was more than a catch phrase. This company takes serving its customers seriously. Katrina was prompt and courteous during the scheduling process, I received a phone call when Irish was on his way to my home, he was on time, and I observed a big part of the work that was done. It was done with care to my home and possessions, weeds are all gone, and a week later there are no signs of new growth. I was given a guarantee that if any weeds popped up in the near future, they would come back out to treat them. It doesn’t look like I will need that! "We signed up with Pet Butler in February 2104.  After accepting the fact that life gets in the way and we weren't getting the job done frequently enough, we started seeking out companies to provide dog waste pickup on a regular basis.  Many, many companies would not service our home because we were outside their service area.  We were left with very few options. <br /> Pet Butler has been fabulous!  They call 10-20 minutes before arrival (no extra charge) so we can ensure they have access to the yard.  They consistently arrive at the same time every week (for us it is generally between 9-9:30AM).  They do a great job, are in and out with no fuss.  We pay ~$70/month for weekly service for 3 dogs. <br />"

"They were repsonsive and the price was good, but the quality of the work wasn't as great.  They exteneded a concrete sidewalk, which was fine, but the subcontroctor didn't cover the side of the house so there was quite a bit of splatter that was hard for them to remove."

"I went from a three ton unit to a five ton unit, a new support bracket had to be hand built and installed for the new unit. Electrical Service had to be moved, as well as the PVC water line from the new unit to the side of the roof. Some minor roofing had to be done due to slight damage during removal and installation. All this was done professionally and to my satisfaction. Overall they did a great job over a Holiday for me. Thank you."
