"Little hard to know needs & quality, as a customer, without technical roofing knowledge. But, all the work and installed products seemed really solid and well-installed (gutters, flashing, etc). There were various work crews and subcontractors involved, but management seemed to stay on top of quality and performance issues, where they pressed their work crews to correct or re-do. I liked that they looked out for additional repairs and maintenance that I wouldn't have known about. They installed a nice venting system I needed (I believe at no additional cost). Other add-ons resulted in additional costs, but it's important to know all the needed background work was done. Slight sense of the company being a little overwhelmed and overly busy. A few minor errors in paperwork and communications, but overall a good experience. They were very patient with my many questions. Thanks Rampart!"

"My roof failed inspection and was rejected by Regional. My roof has multiple exposures everywhere and needs replaced. Additionally, they bolted metal bolts into all the siding on my house and then used a tar like substance and spray painted it. I was told they would pay to repair. All the siding needs replaced where the house meets the roof. They damaged a chair and my wood flooring inside when they did skylights. This happened in November and it’s almost March. There’s been a lot of radio silence along with blaming his subcontractor. Communication has been difficult. Scott has even tried to shame me that “I don’t seem to care that he’s out all of this money!” Contact me if you want the inspection report, photos, and every piece of correspondence with this company. If you screw up, you make it right immediately. That’s called integrity. I expected nothing less than integrity and it didn’t happen and it’s not happening now. After about a month of no contact, I sent him a $4,300 estimate for the siding repairs. All of the sudden he’s telling me in an email that he’s getting his subcontractor’s insurance involved in his response to my email. He told me the subcontractor’s insurance has to come see the damage and if I touch it by finally getting a proper roof installed and the siding fixed then they won’t take care of it. What??? I’m ready to get my roof redone with another company as it’s cold in my house from the exposed attic and there could be water damage now as he’s never once even offered any sort of temporary solution until this got fixed! He’s telling me this to now delay getting my home fixed when he knew about this since November and tomorrow is March 1st. It definitely doesn’t sound right. I never signed a contract with his subcontractor. I have emailed & called over 50 times in the last year about parts that were never shipped and always on back order but my $466.63 has never been refunded!!! STAY AWAY!! "I've only left one other review in my entire life. I am leaving this review in order to spare others of the frustrations that come with hiring Tony. I was given Tony's name via a friend of mine that has been recommended him, so I didn't check him out online first (big mistake). Although Tony started off well with replacing my shed roof and installing gutters/downspouts (except the one he forgot), he then crashed and burned in ways that were deplorable. I honestly don’t know how he stays in business with the way he treats people. It was only later that I saw he had some pretty bad reviews online. The reviews highlighted the same kind of experience I’ve had with Tony: he goes completely MIA, he breaks things and doesn’t make things right, he lies and he absolutely refuses to communicate. His guys broke a glass shelf, scraped up and dented a stained ceiling beam with a ladder, and installed lengths of quarter round on the ceiling instead of by the floor due to poor communication between he and his guys. He made/installed all my gutters/downspouts and then forgot one and never came back to complete the job. Multiple times he would schedule to come out and then no show/no call and never respond to my texts or phone calls. I gently told him how it didn't work for me to rearrange my schedule to wait to only have a no show from him. He said, "Oh, I was so busy, it wasn't even a thought in my mind." I actually made the choice to go to his house to retrieve window screens that he held hostage for over 5 weeks in the prettiest time of the year up here because he just wouldn’t give them back or communicate. When I said that I had previously told him that this incognito/incommunicado thing that he does doesn't work for me. All the said was, "I know." He uses the rain as an excuse all the time when 90% of my jobs are inside jobs. The majority of the screens were in worse shape than when I gave them to him: bent, dented, and the screens were put on so tight that they were already starting to rip out on the sides before I ever reinstalled them. PLEASE BEWARE and look elsewhere for your handyman needs."
