Did a beautiful job on the house & meticulously painted our wrought iron fence! Loved using email for communication. VERY RESPONSIVE-unlike any other painters we had contacted. Will always hire WR Painting for any paint project. Will be hiring for our next tile project also."

"BM Custodio Painting and Construction did a fantastic job painting our 5000+ sq ft home from top to bottom!! We did our due diligence and met with several contractors on the same day to obtain quotes for our large painting project. First impressions were that Luis' company would be our top pick given he was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with during our initial meeting.  Before deciding, we gathered all our quotes- BM Custodio sent their estimate back first- and we were pleasantly surprised that his price came in less than the other quotes we received. We contracted them to perform numerous drywall repairs and paint all 3 floors of our home to include ceilings, trim, walls, coffered ceilings, and doors in their entirety!! This was a big undertaking and they did a super job!! We had a full crew of the nicest, most patient guys in our home from morning until night, working tirelessly to get our job done as quickly as possible.  They used quality paint and applied extra coats where needed with great patience and no upcharge.  My husband and I are picky people and this company left us very happy and very thankful for the great job they did in our home!!!!  We highly recommend Luis and his team at BM Custodio Painting and Construction and will definitely hire them again!! "Abe replaced damaged areas of my deck, stained it, and installed posts from which I was able to hang lighting and shade options in my backyard, which previously had none. The latter of this work was an idea he presented to me and that I had never considered myself, with very little added cost. Abe is efficient while also providing incredible quality. I was blown away by the amount of work he achieved in a short period of time, and even more impressed that there was no need for touchups afterward (although he offered to come back with no added cost if anything were to arise). This is the first contractor I have worked with who I felt wasn’t pressuring me into more than I needed. He assessed the work to be done, gave feedback on any potential hiccups that could arise, and made me feel entirely comfortable throughout the entire process with clear communication. "The crew is very professional and accommodating. Luis, the boss , was always avaialable and diligent. Their repairs were excellent and a reasonable price. Our home is almost 100 years old and box gutters needed to have wood replaced and half of the porch ceiling needed to be replaced and several other repairs had to be done.. They did a great job scraping and preparing to paint. This house has had many coats of paint. They got it done in one week by pulling 8 guys to work on a clear day. 5 big ladders were on the front of my house at the same time! I highly recommend them. Their bid was the lowest I got and we have never had better painting and repairs."
