"My wife and I found out about Cherry Roofing and Siding from our son-in-law Mike Clyburn who is a job planner for Cherry. He set up the visit with the sales rep and ordered the materials for the job. We were visited by the sales rep Mike Schmidt. He inspected the current roof and estimated the work to be done. The roof on the house and the garage were to be replaced (20 square) along with downspout work on the garage. He spent a lot of time explaining the techniques, materials, and timing to complete the job. The crew headed by Mike Kane came the day of the job. They were efficient, their work top notch and left the jobsite as clean as they found it. All the work was completed as expected in one day. The gutter and downspout work were completed in about 1 hour the next day. I have included 2 pics of the finished job. I received a call back on Wednesday from Chelsea and she told that Zach would come to my home and inspect the problem and even though it was no longer under warranty, if the repair was not large, there would be no charge. Thursday morning , Zach showed up, fixed the loose siding and there was no charge!! Response was very fast and Zach was very professional. Would recommend East Coast to anyone."
