Ive had others come by and do this type of cleaning before and I really had no idea the house would look this clean and white! The deck looked like it was just put on with brand new wood. After seeing the deck, the fence looked odd being gray and faded, so I asked him to clean it and stain the deck and fence when he could. "I found Mr. Graham through Angie's List. I was impressed with the reviews, so I contacted him to come out and do an estimate. He arrived on time for the scheduled estimate and quoted me several different things, as he considered the roof and the interior repair two different jobs. I decided to proceed because the work needed to be done before further damage occurred. I scheduled the work right then and there. Mr. Graham and his crew arrived on time the day that work was to begin. The work was completed on schedule and I was satisfied at the time. However, only 2 years later, I began having the same issues with the roof leaking in the same place. The company didn't have a warranty on their work, so I was unable to negotiate any sort of repair through them. I had a different company come out and we decided to go a whole different direction with the repairs in order to develop the long term solution I thought I was going to receive 2 years ago."
