I'm not sure about the way they determine pricing scale because work was done quickly so it must be per item. The tech asked me what I thought a fair price was and it threw me off knowing how to respond. I ended up asking him to just tell me what to pay and this is the price he charged."

"We just bought this new home and the floors are stained concrete.  We could see some areas that looked sealed and some we could tell had no seal on them. Because we had not moved in yet, we thought it would be a good idea to have all of the area reworked.  We called Mike and he was more than punctual and considerate about the scheduled time.  On the first appt. he was delayed about 20 minutes.  He called us to inform us and sure enough we met him about 20 minutes later.  He first did some test areas in closets to see if he could tell what the previous seal was and if he could indeed put a new seal coat for us.  All of the test areas were okay.  He and another person came back the next day and sealed the entire floor area.  Some of the areas took the seal very well and some not so well, however, when he came back to put the wax coat on - all of the floors looked fantastic.   <br /> He does have to come back and rework an area in our entry that is a special cutout design. as that area needs more color added to it. <br />  We would definitely recommend Hometown Decking to others needing this service. Mike is a courteous professional who knows what he is doing and is aware of keeping up with his appointments in a timely fashion. <br />"

Holm of Decker Electric arrived at 8 am as expected and was ready to go to work. <br /> And when I showed him my hand-drawn sketch of which breakers handled each outlet, he didn't even laugh at the less than amateur drawing!   <br />  He ran a couple of checks and determined that the circuit breaker was bad.  He had one in his truck and installed it. "I like that they arrived by scheduled time. They didn't charge me more when he realized I had 4 speakers vs 2 for him to hang for my surround sound. Even made a suggestion that would allow a better appearance and my husband was able to mount corner shelf as suggested. Work done looks near and no holes were placed in my walls. <br />My back porch gazebo now illuminates the back yard since we installed the LED lighting. It looks amazing. The owner was very nice, informative and reasonably priced. They left no mess to clean up, and spent almost two hours installing and talking with us on what we can use that is more cost and energy efficient with the same, if not better quality of high definition and more upgrades features. We are definitely using Texas Light & Sound again for future upgrades and/or installation."

Jacob S. the electrician from Rich Services came by on time, diagnosed and replaced two key 50 amp circuit breakers which had blown out following a recent power outage, restoring my AC and hot water. He also re-wired two rather complex 3-way switches which included a light timer and a remote traveler line I had not installed correctly so they would function properly and he installed a surge protector on a breaker box so the next time the power went out and came back on it wouldn't damage any more breakers. Jacob was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I could not be more satisfied. <br />"

"Were very punctual to time expected. Ran 50A service from outdoor load center 80 ft to a garage car charger. Only took them two hours (but a fairly easy job thru walk-in attic and walls). Checked their work afterwards and everything looks clean. Friendly crew, checked code to be sure of wire gauge for run length. Would hire again!"
