We exchanged several emails before the work, he came to our house to walk us through what they would do, and answered or returned our calls promptly.  They were there and cleaned up before I returned home from work. The clean-up was so good that when I pulled in the driveway I didn't even notice they had been there. I looked at my bushes and realized wow, they were here today! They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. The trees look beautiful. I could not have been happier with the work. Alan is a tree artist! :-)
