"I bought the Big Deal which was just for a single top coat to reseal the deck surface.  However, my deck was in a little bit worse shape than the deal allowed.  However, Ryan was awesome and added in sanding and then did the reseal for no additional charge.  The surface is not perfect but that is due to the rough pre-condition it was in and not his fault.  Shortly after the reseal the deck drains started leaking in to the garage below.  Ryan and crew came out again to fix the drain at no additional cost.  Again, this was not in the deal I bought but they provide such great customer service.  I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!

"I cannot say enough about how well Todd and Dan managed our floor/wall repair project.  It included a water damage demolition team, flooring team from Simas Flooring, drywall team, and baseboard install. Todd was able to be present when the independent insurance adjuster had an appointment and was very helpful in alerting and reminding the adjuster of important items for the insurance quote. Subsequently they managed the actual project with the various flooring and drywall people and it went pretty much according to plan.  All of the workers did great work, but especially want to mention the incredible baseboard work, absolutely beautiful!  Also a shout out to Dan who did an excellent job of communicating via phone, text, and email ? which I

Nothing was damaged, the jobsite was left clean. They even stacked all the rounds nicely so we could dry them for firewood. Would recommend to anyone, loved the involvement with the boss. She specifically walked the job before and after to ensure everything was to her standard of excellence. I haven't seen this degree of quality before in tree services, very refreshing!"
