"During our first discussion, Russ provided deep insights into how he handles hardwood floor installation, things to consider in terms of vendors and how he separates himself from his competition. After our first discussion, I knew he was the right person to work with. He was very prompt in addressing my multiple questions prior to and during the project. Early on we spoke about timing, when it would be completed and he did not disappoint hitting the mark. Russ and his team were very professional, providing me daily updates of the status, what they would be handling the following day etc. The most important thing, the floor looks great. I will be recommending RJM Flooring to anyone that is in need of flooring installation."

"I contacted Irish American Flooring, LLC. and spoke with Dan. He was very pleasant and professional. He answered all my question without hesitation, which first impression is always in my opinion, the best. Dan came out to my rental property and told me he could definitely do the job. I was not really looking for a miracle, because the previous tenant had a dog and the floors had been destroyed. When Dan completed the job a week later, I was so ecstatic to how beautiful those floors looked. I highly recommend Dan for your flooring project."
