"This company is the BEST! Now I know why they have such great reviews. From the start when I called the lady answering the phones (wish I remembered her name) she was so pleasant and very helpful. She followed through with me from the start on my service. I had an appointment the very next day. Jake, the service provider, was prompt and I didn't have to wait. He wore a mask which was important to me bc my mom is 100 yrs old and bed bound. I have been careful letting people in her home. He was absolutely wonderful! He was so knowledgeable & thorough checking everything from inside home including attic and outside condenser unit. He cleaned out all the dirt & debris, leaves and some ants accumulating in the outside condenser. He explained how the unit operates and what he was doing when he had to flush it out. He also told me my attic fan was not working and gave me some options to keep my system working properly. He stayed here for over an hour. During this time with the Covid19 you usually have to wait on everything. I was amazingly surprised. I have already recommended All Star Plumbing & Air to several people.
