"NYC Plumbing, Heating and Drain provided great service in an emergency and on a Sunday. I was impressed and relieved especially after having contacted several plumbing companies who scheduled me two to three days later. Lazer was courteous and friendly and explained the problem and solution. Thank you!"

"I used to have sporadic flooding at the front and rear of my townhouse. P&A cleared and upgraded my garage trench drain, installed a sump pump in the garage, and another sump pump at the backyard entrance. Everything looked great but the real test came when we recently had heavy rains. After a full day and a half of storms my neighbor's basement flooded but mine was bone dry. The best part is I could just relax and not worry about bailing water out of my house anymore."

"I wanted somebody right away and they came pretty quick. Drain was quickly cleared. Very pleased"

"This guy is simply awesome. He does not come with a big ego or a need to tell me how good he is. He also did not complain (thinking he might get a tip). He was, in addition, $600 less than another quote and the work was done fast and perfectly. We now have a "go to" plumber. I strongly suggest that if you need anything done in the plumbing, drain or pipe repair area - this guy is GREAT. His name is Alfanso."

"We had a leaky tub faucet that we tried to get fixed with other handymen that only worked for a few months and then started up again. Most recently it got pretty bad so I also gave it try and bought all the tools for it, but it still leaked. Frank from Fast and Serious called me up as soon as I requested a quote from a pro. He was able to give me a quote over the phone after looking at photos I sent him and was ready to come the next morning to fix it. He came on time as promised and was able to replace the old shower-body and kit fairly quickly. He also had a skilled tile, grout and sheet-rock person that put everything back in place like nothing had happened. I would recommend Fast and Serious Pipe Repair Drain Cleaning to everyone since they charged a fair price and did the work quickly and correctly."

"John came at he last minute at my request. He was very efficient . Price was fair for last minute job. He cleared the bathtub drain for me and removed the stopper."

"They were great about returning calls and called when they realized they were to be late. It appears they unclogged 3 drains and replaced pipes underneath. My only complaint was that they left the floor in work areas a bit wet. Overall great job. happy that they were able to get the job done only 1 day after I called."

"Bathroom drain was clogged and work was done fast and efficiently. Price was reasonable and quality was great. I recommend this company."

"Used them to fix items on an inspection report including boiler relief valves, expansion tank draining and service, check waste water pipe. Great work, and even came back a few days later to drain an old expansion tank that was causing a valve to leak. No charge. Stand by their work and made it right. No complaints to."
