"He's great. He's worked for me a couple of different times. He's really good and he does a good job. He finishes his work and he's fair. He's innovative when something goes wrong and he can handle it. He's done a really good job. The painter did not do something right. So this guy came back and made the painter fix it right for me. He did not even fuss about it. He just came back and fixed it. They were responsive even when I was not here. They were punctual. They are professional but they are local guys. They come dressed in ordinary clothes but everything was clean each day and swept up. They handled it beautifully. They weren't like other builders where they come dressed professionally and given us their bids and done all that professionally. They are a small company which includes Dean and his two sons. They seem to handle their work in such a way, where they complete one job and move on to the next. They don't put the whole bunch of other jobs together. I would use their services again in the future."

"Heather's estimate was substantially higher than another estimate we had. When we compared renderings of what would be installed, we discovered that Storganize's measurements were 3' off (in only an 11' space). When I asked about this, Heather was responsive & sent me new renderings. There were errors in that (such as the location of an electrical outlet), and she said nothing about the price. After asking her about the price, it was $500 more. I told her that this was $1000 more than another bid. She agreed to take the price back to the original $500 higher than the other bid. We didn't want to pay the difference, and we're extremely happy with what we did instead."

"customer service top notch. i called today hoping for garage door removal or repair due to car smashing part of the garage. sorry, but down to one tech so not able to help. she called back soon after to say she was sending a person out to check it. jeremy came, was able to straighten channel to make garage door open and close again (after two nights of remaining open). what a relief. it was done quickly, reasonably priced and we are delighted with the fine service!"

FAQs for remodel to accommodate a disability projects in Foley, MN

Standard Medicare coverage often doesn't extend to home modifications, such as roll-in showers. In specific circumstances where medical necessity is clearly established, limited coverage might be available through certain Medicare programs. Many homeowners explore alternative funding sources such as home modification grants, veterans' benefits, or specialized financing programs designed for accessibility improvements. Consulting with a Medicare representative about your specific situation provides the most accurate guidance.

Roll-in showers deliver significant benefits beyond their monetary return, particularly in terms of safety, independence, and long-term accessibility. By eliminating barriers to bathing, these installations help prevent falls while accommodating mobility devices, such as wheelchairs or walkers. Their open design creates a contemporary appearance that appeals to many homebuyers. For households planning to age in place or accommodate family members with mobility challenges, the functional advantages often outweigh pure financial considerations.

A standard roll-in shower installation takes two to four days. Projects requiring extensive renovation or plumbing changes may take longer, potentially extending to several weeks or months. Factors affecting the timeline include existing bathroom configuration, permit processing times, contractor availability, and material delivery schedules. Creating proper drainage slopes often requires additional preparation time compared to traditional shower installations, particularly when modifying existing floor structures.
