"It took awhile (1 month) as parts were specialized and had to be ordered online. Rob is a good guy and was able to solve some issues. Brought a helper that was able to crawl around back side of tub and did not need to open rear exterior wall to repair. He appears very busy and would recommend him. <br />"

"We called several plumbing companies, but only Drain Master was able to come quickly to fix the leak. The plumber replaced the pipe and also discovered that our pressure gauge was broken, so the water pressure was too high in our pipes, which may have led to the leak. He replaced the gauge, and all is well. We received a discount as Angie's List members."

"We were readying our house for sale last November prior to our move from La Verne to Ohio. Wouldn't you know, our sink backed up. We attempted to clear it ourselves with plunger, then drain cleaner, then when those didn't work we purchased a hi-quality snake from a hardware store. Still no luck. The clog was too far down the line. Our luck changed when we were referred to Jeff Gavin, (J G Plumbing & Sewer Inc.) who arrived quickly with the right equipment, got the job done and saved the day. Cost way less than we thought it would. Jeff is an honest, professional plumber with integrity. And he's a nice personable fellow as well. "We set an appointment with an approximate time range of about an hour. The guy showed up, diagnosed the issue and performed a very professionally looking repair. (I was working, so only saw the resultant repair). He had to remove some stucco from the outside wall around the pipe to complete the repair. It looked well done, but he did not repair the wall. I'm guessing my wife decided I would take care of it to save some money. :) It was very easy to fill in, fix and repaint *luckily I had left over paint from when we repainted the house about a year ago)."
