Shawn Hiatts first response to us was I think it is going to warm up next week, I can get it done then. He showed up and did the work. He went above and beyond by making the step a little wider, which was very acceptable to us. Less chance of falling off as the other step was not so wide. Also we were aware of needing dirt work done around the house and rock out over it. He told us that we might want to get dirt work done to save damage layer. We told him yes we knew it needed done. He offered to do it at a very reasonable price. That evening the dirt work was done and the next morning rock was down. He is very efficient and professional. We will definitely use him again when we need more work done!!"

"Our siding was blown off during the December 2021 horrible wind storm. We tried unsuccessfully to reattach around 4 pieces of siding several times. After the third time we decided to let a professional do the job. Brandon and Heritage Builders took care of our siding problem so quickly and professionally. "Rusty did a new driveway for us in May 2022 and within months there were already massive cracks. A friend of mine that does construction took a look at it and said that cracks should never go through a control joint but one of my cracks is 20+ feet long and goes through 3 different control joints! I spoke to Rusty on the phone in September and he said he would come out to inspect within a week. I waited 2 weeks and when he didnt show up I called again and left a voicemail. He did not return my call so I called again a couple weeks later and again left a voicemail but again he didn't return my call. Just called again today and left another voicemail. I rarely leave negative reviews but I dont know know what else to do to get his attention so hopefully he responds to this review and resolves this situation. Else this should be a warning to others about his quality and customer service. More than happy to amend this review if I ever hear from Rusty."
