"He was very honest and upfront and said may be 6-8 weeks before could do the roof when awarded work as was very busy. After calling on 10/2 to get update on when might do he ended up being able to do it yesterday or less than 4 weeks. I was very impressed they did job for price and in one day with full tear off finding no nails or anything left laying on ground. He is very honest person with hard working crew and was less expensive than anyone else. I could tell right away he was honest person which is so very important when getting work done on your home. The overall quality of his work is very....very..... good for a very fair price. You might find another roofing company that may get graded excellent on overall quality but you will also be paying three to five thousand dollars more for this same job."

"I have requested couple of different quotes to replace the roof on my garage. I decided to go with Infinity Exteriors. Logan Rezash worked with me who gave me the best deal. He was very professional and easy to talk to and explained in full details what they will provide me with my project. The materials and the warranty on the project that works for my budget. They kept me informed of the status of the project from the start to the finish. Their team that worked on the job was very polite and fast. They did an excellent job. They cleaned the yard and twice doubled checked for any loose nails around the garage. If you have a project to be done, I would recommend Infinity for your project. Dragica Miladinovic"

"No clean up - the clean up is failing, the communication wasn't good. I never heard of a company that doesn't provide you with an invoice or give you something stating that it was paid in full. They didn't even offer to send a receipt. They told me they don't send invoices when I requested one. You have to babysit their crew. Customer pays the price for the job because you can't communicate since they don't speak English. Communication failed."

"Everything went really well. They were on time. They very courteous. Bryan called me every two weeks about the materials since its hard to get a materials for the Project. He was very up to date. He lets me know when he will come out. He was very professional and personal. It turns out fantastic. I'm very happy with their service"

"They were excellent. They were really quick. They did a great job. They made sure we got the color we wanted. They brought out samples, let me pick actual on the roof and also did the gutters."

"All Star Installations Inc was professional in every way. We had our roof replaced and our chimney cap repaired. They did both jobs with skill and precision. They were thorough, hardworking, and an immense pleasure to work with. They did a tremendous job from start to finish and the clean up was impeccable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The new roof and chimney cap on our home looks amazing! I highly recommend All Star Installations Inc. Ryan and Chris are top notch!!"

"I had some minor roof damage from a falling tree.  Tom came out within a day or two of my calling for an estimate.  He was professional, gave me several options on how to go about repairing it from simple to more extensive. I didn't feel he was trying to up-sell me to the more extensive options.  He took time to help me get spare shingles down from my garage attic to see if there were enough to do the job.  After getting quotes from a couple of other roofers, I called Tom to come do the work.  He said he would be out by the end of the following week to do the work.  Since he tucked in some shingles to temporarily keep the roof dry I wasn't too worried about the week delay.

The following Wednesday I called to let Tom know that we were having our driveway seal coated on Friday so he probably shouldn't come that day.  The women on the phone was polite and said thanks for letting them know.

That is the last I heard from them.  By the end of the following week I called and left a message, but got no response.  Over the next several days I called 2-3 more times and left  messages, none of which were returned.

Hopefully there was not some family emergency that prevented Tom from calling back, but I am a bit surprised that his professionalism at the beginning dropped off to nothing in the end.

I ended up hiring one of the other roofers to do the work.
