J&J contacted me within 15 mins after I sent out a request on Angi. I had only sent one quote request because it was my first time ever using Angi and didnâ t know what to expect. Karol even installed a safety pipe that my parents did not have for 23 years and explained thoroughly why it is needed and gave more safety advice which my dad really appreciates.
