"Don Young and Associates has done a fabulous job of helping us. They have done all the trouble shooting and remediation that needed to be done in order to pass building inspections. And mind you, that was no easy feat. Many things had to be opened up, and taken apart to figure out what the other contractor had or hadn't done, what was done correctly, and what had to be done over again. It made the job much more difficult. Plus, many of the things the contractor did had not been done in compliance with permits, and it was up hill all the way. Don was able to figure out the puzzle, take it apart, work with the building inspectors, and get our project put back together again. We are nearing completion, and passed our inspections, and are getting ready to celebrate! I highly recommend Don Young, he has seen us through some very dark times."

His price was competitive and he was the most knowledgeable. He's responsive,like within hours to emails, minutes to texts. He was respectful of my ignorance to home improvement and I never felt taken advantage of. Always addressed my concerns without hesitation.
