"We hired Preferred Landscaping to replace our run down lawn with Syn lawn and power wash our pavers and replace the sand. They were easy to communicate with and understood what we were looking for as far as design. We ended up having some trouble with our downspout drainage and asked if they could add that to the job and Dave very quickly accommodated us and was able to take care of that as well. All the guys on the crew were polite and friendly. We now have a beautiful backyard that we are proud for people to see. We are so happy with our choice!"

They also removed our wood raised garden walls and replaced with paver stone with a top cap. They also removed our badly installed basalt rock pathway that was loose and lifting up. The rock pathway was installed only three years ago by Cornerstone Hardscapes. Forest Landscapes installed a stamped concrete pathway where the basalt rock pathway was removed Jose and Rigo Castaneda were very professional to work with and there crew were real craftsman with attention to detail. "Dave painted our house 2 years ago and did an excellent job, so when we needed additional things done we called him and he did excellent work again. The siding work involved removing an outdoor faucet and fitting it around phone and electrical boxes. He replaced deck boards, cleaned and prepped everything, and used an "armor coat" paint that should last a long time. He cleaned and stained the fence in the front and side of the house. He is easy to work with and takes great pride in his work. Cost included all materials and was a great value. I would use him again."
