"In communications with RainDrop, we specifically mentioned that we needed to replace an asphalt shingle roof with metal roofing primarily due to the roof slope, and some other factors. A sales representative was sent out to evaluate the existing asphalt roof and confirmed that it needed replacing, but afterward, he spent almost an hour pitching various asphalt shingle products. He was clearly knowledgeable and knew his stuff about asphalt roofing. While the rep was friendly, he didn't seem to have as much in-depth knowledge or experience with installing metal roofing. We were confused about why a rep with more metal roofing knowledge was not sent out as we had no interest in the asphalt shingles. Therefore, we ultimately did not feel comfortable selecting RainDrop to install a new metal roof."

His crew was able to do a complete tear off and install of my roof in one day! With only some final touch-ups needed the next day because it simply became too dark for them to see and be safe. I was having a couple days where my brain wasn't obviously working quite right and he was ever so patient with me regarding the quote that he had given me that was VERY clearly written in black and white yet I misread it. I had a myriad of odd questions and never once did Ramon not give me his full attention to answer questions in person, text, phone or email. His crew also did power washing for me as well as gutter services and I could not be more pleased his company truly embodies the quote-unquote spruce up factor and while it's not listed on their services it should be because his company does actual full roof installation. However, when the job was done, Imperial Roofing who was contacted by DaBella, took 2 sheets of our plywood worth $130 and a 2x8 worth $20. We have been trying to resolve this matter since May. All we want is a material replacement or to be refunded. How hard is that? We should not have to wait for DaBella to resolve this issue with Imperial Roofing."
