"A+ review for William and the KeyPrime team! About a year ago, we purchased a historic house that was in need of several major repairs. The roof was over 20 years old and had not been done properly before, which had caused the wood soffits, eves, and fascias to rot. Squirrels and bats had started getting in through the rotted wood, and the gutters were falling off the house. We interviewed a lot of companies and received numerous bids. It was a complex project, and we wanted it done well + affordably (a difficult combination to achieve). We also needed all the work to conform to the historic register requirements and be approved by the historic preservation committee. When William came out and discussed the project, we were immediately impressed. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies that the project would involve, and was able to explain things to us simply and clearly. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, so that we understood all our options and felt comfortable with the proposal. He also helped us to make informed decisions about where to cut costs in order to keep the project within our budget, as well as where it was worth it to spend the money and not cut corners. The project itself went very smoothly. Everyone on the team was friendly, and they worked very efficiently. A few times when questions or concerns came up, I called William and they were addressed immediately. One of our big worries when we started the project was that a company was going to come in with a low bid and then raise the price with “surprises” once the project started. William was very up front with the pricing, and let us know what would happen if they uncovered anything unexpected after the roof was opened up. Thankfully, no surprises were found, and we were billed the exact amount that we were initially quoted! A few small unexpected things even came up during the project that they could have easily “nickel and dimed” us for, but they just took care of them without any additional charges. The new roof, soffits, eves, fascia, and gutters that KeyPrime installed look great, and we are extremely happy! They did a great job restoring the beauty to our historic house. Our experience with KeyPrime was exceptional from start to finish, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects."

"Our house got hit by last years hail storm, we met with a few contractors, we went with Excel based on the initial visit and a referral from a friend. Chris got the job scheduled quickly, replaced the roof and came back a week later to fix the siding issues. Everything went smooth and the work was great."

"Senior Project Manager Ann R. was a great help throughout the process. After a storm and our house getting pummeled with significant hail damage, she helped us navigate the chaos of the insurance process and got us a new roof installed months before we were hoping. She answered all our questions, prompt communication, and made a usually obscure process completely transparent. Her crew was fast and done in a single work day with no disruption to our daily routine. Our yard was clear and clean when they completed and were super friendly/knowledgable as well. They made sure even a chance nail was cleared away because we have a dog and two young kids. In fact, they ended up clearing away old nails/screws left over from a project we had done a few years ago. They literally left the yard better than they found it. Highly recommended. Mark R."

"The sales representative was extremely helpful explaining the products, the issues we were having, and giving us solutions to our attic and windows.  He helped us see where we could save money and gave us the options where we could save on energy.  The production person and installers were very polite and did a great job with the install and communicating with us when the install would happen.  I would recommend Pro Exteriors to anyone who's looking to save money on on their energy bills!!  Very professional and educated about home remodeling projects!!They are incredibly priced, put no pressure on us, and were very helpful!  Thank you Pro Exteriors!!!"

"It couldn’t have gone better! The crew came tore off the old roof. After they got the old roof off a storm front came through. These guys were up on the roof with a giant tarp strapping it down makin it water tight and I never had a single leak. It’s a pity that it’s a flat roof because it’s truly a work of art and no one else can see it. I’m exceptionally pleased that they have offered to come back in the spring to make sure that everything is still OK. I only have one roof , but if I had another I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again. They were easy to work with and really know their business."

"Did a very professional job in all aspects.

"Excellent work. Looks great, on time and everything was cleaned up so well that I could not find a single nail. I have referred them to several friends."

"This was an easy replacement of an outdoor motion light. Three Rivers sent two competent and friendly electricians who did a thorough job. I felt the price was fair."
