Excuse after excuse as to why project was not getting completed. Average to poor work. I need to hire someone else to fix issues he created. He is very responsive however when it comes to asking for payment or discussing the project prior to starting. Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor/mason. Even the address and zip listed for the business do not match."
