"*This was not a wooden fence we had installed, it was a black chain link. Shamus was very patient with us. He came out, measured, and gave estimates on different materials for our fence. That was Feb. 2020. In late June we finally decided to go ahead with the project knowing that now we were in peak season. Complete Fencing was by far the best bid we had received up to that point. I called Shamus again and asked if he would come out a second time to talk about the fence and he had no problem doing that. I was very appreciative because I know it is a good drive from Warrenton. Our yard backs to a creek and the yard slopes in several directions so my concern was that the fence would end up looking like a roller coaster, but the installers did a great job with the terrain and materials. This time around we dealt with Kyle verse Ken for the initial bid and order set up. He is a true professional and was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. Cannot say enough about Antonio and Abraham the installers. They were true craftsman and very hard workers. I was blown away that these two got entire fence installed in a day which allowed us to stay on schedule. Which brings me to the only thing that was troubling for usâ ¦somehow we lost several weeks of schedule which cost us a several good weeks in the pool this year. Assume covid was a factor since all supply chains have been negatively affected but some of it was unfortunately due to staff communication and handoffs. Again, cannot not say enough about how Kyle and the new department manager Josh have made a bad thing a positive. Will use Maris in future!"
