"We contacted Advantage Plumbing through Angie's List to get a quote on installing 3 new toilets, getting a leaky shower fixed and seeing if they could diagnose a noisy pipe problem. They were one of the few to respond and give us a quote and options and a time frame when work could be done. We scheduled a time and Mike came in within his quoted time and started work. After getting 2 toilets that we purchased installed, he found after he installed the 3rd that the toilet itself was faulty and leaking. Being in a bind, Mike was able to purchase a new toilet for us, verifying that it was good before purchase, and get it installed. He fixed our leaky shower and repaired our faucet(that we installed). He explained how the old leaking toilets was the cause of the noisy pipe problem and that we shouldn't have a problem any more. Later on we found that our kitchen faucet still had a leak. We contacted Mike and he came in and told us that the original install(by us non-professionals) was not done properly. When we originally installed the faucet we did not do a great job which is why, when he initially repaired it, it broke shortly after the repair. Mike installed a new faucet that we purchased and even offered to refund us part of the fee because it was not repaired properly the first time. A true professional, knowledgeable plumber. We would hire again without hesitation."

"The plumber replaced a water filter faucet I had boughten and fixed two dripping faucets. I have another set of faucets that he checked out that are so old that we can not find cartridges for and I will probably have to replace completely in the near future, and will require tile work and/or retrofitting. He phoned at the beginning of the day to let me know about what time he would be on his way, then again when he was on his way. He was prompt, courteous, and wasted no time getting right to work. "Very prompt with all appointments. After assessing our problems, wrote up an estimate with various options so that we could decide the best solution. We had a leaky hose on our washer, plus corroded shut off handles for the washing machine, water heater, and water supply to our refrigerator. We also needed to replace our water softener that had not been working for a long time. They repaired/replaced all of the handles and hoses for the washer, as well as install a new water softener. We loved that they listened to our needs and presented a variety of options so we could choose the best option for our needs. The costs for all work done was more than reasonable, they were polite, professional, and always on time for our appointments. Keith handled all the oversight, materials procurement, and subbing for some work delegated to other professionals (plumbing, electrical, mudding/taping, and shower door in our case). His on-site team (Brian and Justin) did all the demolition, new drywall, shower wall re-build, heated floor and tile installation. The team was good about reviewing some on the fly changes in the design and were prompt and professional throughout the engagement. "We originally used Rx Plumbing when we had our entire 1921 house replumbed around five years ago.  Since then, we called for Tim's assistance on a kitchen remodel and most recently a bath remodel.   We are always pleased with his honest, conscientious and dependable service.  <br /> For our bath remodel, Tim was able to work his schedule around an inept contractor we used, and helped us to correct mistakes and sloppy work the contractor completed throughout the process.  Once the contractor completed their piece, Tim then installed a new acylic claw foot tub with a very complicated faucet and shower surround kit we had ordered online.  The instructions for the tub and plumbing were poor at best, but Tim did an outstanding job with the installation, and we could not be more pleased with his work.  <br /> We have learned the hard way finding trustworthy and dependable contractors is not easy these days.   We are fortunate to have met Tim, and will continue to recommend him to all our friends and acquaintances looking for quality plumbing services. <br />"
