They were honest and transparent in keeping me informed. They even did extra work in areas I did not pay for. While working on my project I had a personal crisis and Luis and his Family came over with a dozen of beautiful white roses and showed me love and compassion. I will never forget that!!! I know have the best house in the neighborhood. My neighbors tell me that all the time. My new front porch and back deck are my pride and joy; my slice of paradise here on earth. "Everything went great. Even though it was a very small project (removing a small concrete pad ~20 sq ft), they came quickly to estimate (very reasonable rates), then came back quickly when I was ready for the work to be done. They were here for a total of 50 minutes--but only so long because they had to hand carry all the scrap out up a hill and they helped me gather up 16 years of a rock pile (collected from gardening) and took that away too for me. Would not hesitate to recommend. They are going to give me a quote on leveling the dips and cracks on my concrete front porch and making it lovely and durable with an epoxy finish."

"It went very well! I needed the drain line extended for about 10 feet after the job was completed. Barry Gladstone, the owner, came out on the next business day and completed the work at no extra charge. I waited for 2 years to write this review to test the drainage system over 2 complete weather cycles. After all of this time, everything is still working very well. I highly recommend Mr. Gladstone and the Outdoor Connection Inc for outside drainage system work."

"I recently embarked on a garage makeover - this included re-organizing by adding a ceiling rack, installing new, more functional bike racks on the wall and multiple wall rail systems. BUT... the garage would not have been complete without removing my previous DIY garage floor project with Granite Garage Floors' professional installation. The service before, during and after the job was first class. During the job, the team was extremely thorough, first in removing the previous work and throughout the project. They (in a socially distanced manner) provided an overview of the work they completed and what needed to be completed the next day. I was especially appreciative of the detail of their work. "Clarksville Construction is the WORST contractor I have ever worked with. From day one, the project was a complete mess. The quality of the work was terrible, filled with mistake after mistake. The job involved installing a new door and replacing wood with PVC panels around the bay windows and the chimney box -- a relatively simple project, one would think. However, it was anything but simple for Clarksville Construction. Find a better contractor and save yourself all these problems. If you know of any, please add them in the comments. Here is a list of some of the problems encountered. 1. On the first day, the crew did not bring a generator, which caused the circuit breaker to trip repeatedly. 2. On the second day, a drill was left on top of the chimney, which was very dangerous. My neighbors noticed it. They also commented that the crew's performance led them to decide not to use Clarksville Construction for their future projects. 3.I observed that a section of cracked 2x10 wood.."
