"The sales representative (Brian) was very professional and helpful in setting up our contract for pest control inside and outside. The initial treatment started off good with professional technicians. After three months of service, we learned that the monthly scheduled outside treatment only consisted of spraying the yard. There was no preventative maintenance treatment on the ornamentals and palm trees. If you live in South Florida, we all know that we can't give the critters any extra time to start their feasting. So we would have to call Guaranteed Pest Control & Fertilization to schedule a technician to come out and treat the infected plants and/or trees. The first time we called back in March, it took over a week for the tech to treat our property. The person I spoke with at Guaranteed Pest Control & Fertilization apologized and said this wouldn't happen again. Some time in April, Still no preventative maintenance on the monthly treatment. We determined that our bougainvillea plants in the front yard were looking very bad and were infected with spider mites and the notorious whitefly. I called Guaranteed Pest Control & Fertilization to report the issue with the bougainvillea. It took several phone calls and over two weeks for a technician to arrive at our property and treat the bougainvillea. In my communication with the Guaranteed Pest Control & Fertilization, I received the impression that the company was going through some major changes. The sales representative and other employee's I had spoken with in the past were all gone. We put too much work into our landscaping to watch it be destroyed by pests through negligence. My wife and I retrieved our spray bottles and insecticides and started once again to treat our plants and trees ourselves. I understand that company's fall on hard times and unforeseen circumstances arise, but it would have been nice if Guaranteed Pest Control & Fertilization had been honest with us instead of making excuses. "When we first contacted Flavio, he got back to us right away. Within a couple of days he came out to look at the yard and give us a quote on keeping it maintained monthly. Upon arrival at our home, he was very nice and straightforward. We discussed what we expected out of a lawn care company and he was very willing to fulfill our lawn care needs. He gave us an extremely fair quote for monthly service in which he would come twice a month in the winter and three times a month in the summer in order to keep our lawn in tip top shape. The first time his crew came, it wasn't exactly what we wanted (not all the debris was cleaned up off the ground). However, we called Flavio and told him we were unhappy and he came out the same day to check his guys work. He was not rude or confrontational at all. On the contrary, he was eager to have his guys come back out and pick up the rest of the debris in order to make us completely satisfied with the job. He had his crew come back the next week and they did a great and thorough job! Our yard was a mess and he decided to not charge us an initial clean up charge but instead have his crew work on different sections of our yard little by little in order to get everything neat and tidy without the extra cost to us. Not only has he provided nice and prompt service, he also let us borrow a pump so that we could empty an old pond we have on the property so that he could come back and fill it in for us later. Overall, we have been very pleased with Flavio's service.

"The whole experience was amazing. Bob came on time for our initial consultation and realized very quickly what my vision was. He sat down with me with books and pictures of different plants, bushes and trees and described each in detail. He indicated what plants would work best with our weather and sunlight exposure. The job was finished very quickly because there were many workers put on the job. Bob was very accessible during the whole process, either answering the phone when called or promptly returning calls. After the work was done, I had a question about one of the plants and Bob took the time to come by to talk with me about it. I am so very happy and proud about how the front and side yards look. "Fabulous!! After letting our yard go absolutely wild for several years, Edgar and his crew came in to tame it. We've had a difficult time maintaining it because we have a number of special plants that most lawn care companies don't recognize so we've tried doing it ourselves. Edgar and his crew were very attentive to our needs and worked carefully around everything we wanted to save. They pruned trees and shrubs and weeded like crazy straight through the day. It was amazing how quickly they worked. We feel lucky to have found him. The yard looks fantastic now!!!"
