"The service call went exactly as planned.  Scotty arrived on time with everything he needed to perform the service requested. Not sure if you care about this or not, but it was very important to me.  He is an extremely nice young man with manners and a healthy respect for others.  His parents trained him well!
The reason I purchased the offer was my fear of a possible electrical fire. My bathroom exhaust fan/light would work sporadically as would my electrical outlet on the screened porch. Scotty located the problem within 5 minutes.  I asked him about the outlet on the outside porch as it was prone to getting wet.  He advised of a much better outlet and also suggested I think about changing the type of light bulbs I used inside the house.
There was one light in my upstairs bath (1 out of 6) that did not work. I had tried 2 different types of bulbs to no avail. Scotty resolved the problem.
On the side of my kitchen island there is an elecrical outlet and the faceplate was very loose.  Turns out the actual sockett was split in half.  Before he left, it was fixed.
Scotty made a trip to Home Depot to pick up the supplies he needed and also, at my request, picked up 3 boxes of LED light bulbs.  He didn't have to, but he replaced all 6 bulbs in the upstairs bath. Huge difference in lighting.  As my other bulbs burn out, they will be replaced with the LED's.
I will definitely keep his phone number as he is now my "GO TO" person for any electrial questions or problems.  I highly recommend this company and would be glad to offer any further comments to anyone looking for an excellent electrician.  I doubt you could find a better one.

"We were doing a bathroom reno. It's the second one we've done. In the first bathroom, we were able to replace our light, no problem. Not so in the second one. It was a mess, had no idea what to do and it caused a problem with the electrical in other parts of the house, where a family member had medical equipment that needed to be on. Got a call back in less than 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, I had a tech (Chris) out who fixed everything up and was very nice and professional. Needless to say, we'll just call them from the get-go next time."

"When they arrived, I assumed I would just be getting an estimate, but they said they could do the repairs that day if I wanted. I mentioned that I had to be out of the house by a certain time, and they got right to work doing everything on my list, and they finished in my time frame. I never did get that estimate, but I got all the work done and so I was pleased. It seemed kind of expensive, but I had not called for other estimates so I don't know if that is the case. Truthfully, I was glad to have the work done without having to schedule another appointment, so the cost was secondary to me at this point. When I use them again, I will ask for an itemized estimate and an itemized bill. The bill I received was not itemized, so I don't know the cost of each individual repair that was completed .
