James said he needed cash for the deposit due to his phone not working for credit card payment. He won’t return calls and calls go directly to voice mail."

"This was a complete rebuild. My 1970s style bathroom complete with carpet was replaced. Bathtub and a wall removed, new custom shower, new flooring, new wall tile, new lights, baseboards and some drywall work. How did it go? Slightly below budget, on time, absolutely perfect worksmanship. I've had decks, kitchens, staircases and now 3 bathrooms remodeled in the last few years. Tom is the best contractor I've hired and a really nice guy, he really knows what he is doing. If you get a bid that is slightly lower than Toms, skip it and go with Tom, you won't have to worry about how it will turn out."
