"I am very pleased with the work and pricing provided by Hurricane Windows and Doors. We replaced 11 windows, 3 entry doors, and 4 sliding glass windows. Javier was very thorough with the project quote and advisement of the project, and what would be taking place. His crew were always on time and very clean in their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. If there is only one thing that gave me some grief was the VERY LONG delivery time for the actual materials (windows, door, etc.). I don't blame Hurricane Windows and Doors as Javier did advised there would be at least a 12 week lead time for the order, so he even buffered in an additional 4 weeks (16 in total) to cushion expectations, which I agreed to. However ES Windows I believe is taking a little bit of advantage on current supply chain excuses to take care of bigger commercial projects first. So be aware this may be an issue for your project. So in summary I would definitely recommend Javier and his company for your Hurricane windows projects as they are clean, professional, and do great work."

The whole process was seamless and they help me and my wife along with updates and they took care of the permitting and dealing with my challenging HOA board. we are just amazed with our new windows and doors. "I had gotten a quote months before doing the work and then out of the blue called Ryan back. He rogered right up for our complete kitchen remodel, even though I was still working through the insurance claim and had a short window to actually get it all done. Since he had overbooked his team, Ryan personally did most of the work himself, meeting my tight timeline. We didn't have a fully designed project, so he took care of that, even accommodating for some significant changes late in the game including adding cabinets, removing a wall and putting in new floors throughout the house. While that change request sounds crazy expensive, instead of just tacking on $1000s, he looked at what he wasn't going to do instead and the price only increased slightly, a testament to the straight forwardness. I have seen other contractors who would have just added tons of money for not alot of work, not Ryan! Overall, the finished product is wonderful, high quality and exactly what the wife wanted, will and lots of value and attractiveness to our house for many many years! "faucetI also had the 2 bathrooms fitted with clear glass doors, and faucets in the 2 sinks. He acted as contractor to get the glass doors installed by a local company. The faucets were ones he provided. One of them doesn't work right. The stopper doesn't stay connected under the sink.. He came once to adjust it. He worked on it for quite a while and it was OK for a few days. I know I will have to replace it when I get tired of propping up the stopper so the water can drain, and removing the improvised propping device to keep water in. I have plenty of work to keep the Clear Shield glass doors clean. I was advised that they would be kept clear by spraying them with water after showers. That is why we spent the extra money on them. It doesn't work that way and I have to use a cloth and dish soap to wipe them often. I cannot recommend the Clear Shield. It is not the way I expected it to be from what he explained.
Do not let the Genius install anything he provides. Get everything yourself and then he can install it. That I concluded from the sink experience and the bathroom faucet issue.
