"High quality work performed professionally meeting all of my expectations. Old roof was quite a challenge as much of the decking was rotted in several places. Extra work requested replacing 260 feet of rotted fascia board, after removing and disposing of old gutter system. Two areas of the soffit was also badly rotted and required replacement. Project manager keep me updated several times during the 3 1/2 day project reviewing all requirements of extra material and labor needed. Most please with the end results!"

"I wanted to write about our experiences with Cedrick Jones and Gold Star Adjusters. Our insurance company was planning to not pay us for major damage we sustained during a wind storm that hit our house around Feb 2020. Even though water came into the house and was inside the wall, they told us that the damages were only worth about $2K or so and that it would be a cheap fix and the amount conveniently was below our deductible threshold. Mr. Jones was able to force the insurance company to pay out more than enough money for us to hire professionals to come out and rebuild most of the interior and some of the exterior wall where the water was coming from. If it wasn't for him, we would have been on the hook for several thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Mr. Jones also took the time to look over our insurance policy to make sure that they hadn't hidden high deductibles on other items on our policy to prevent any future surprises. I wanted to let you know that Mr. Jones handled everything above and beyond the normal level of care and professionalism one would expect from an adjuster. He spent several hours at our home ensuring that any and all damages were fully accounted for and held the insurance company accountable for payment of the damage claims."

"Perfect. I enjoyed getting to sit in the storm shelters at their showroom to help with size selection. After signing up for the install, they connect you to an online portal to manage the contract and to update building permit number, etc. Installation was prompt and clean."

"Approximately 5 years ago Art Construction of NW FL LLc reroofed our house and claimed it was done properly, it was not what they did according to roof inspector is lay down tack and shingles over rotten wood passing it off as redone which is a lie!!!!
