"It was a fabulous experience. The windows are so beautiful. They have father and son installation team that they always use so that is kind of what told me that they have been doing it for like 25 years and you know installing windows is really hardened, they needs to install it right. I don't care how good they window is if you don't install it right it is going to leak so they did a great job. They are little more expensive than anybody else, but I wanted to replace what was there exactly because they were custom made windows to being with so they weren't like your standard window size that everybody sells. So they had to make them, fabricate the trim and fit down and all and I highly recommend them. The designer came out and measured all my windows and then sat down and we looked at every possible options because there are lot of options and we decided to go with pretty much just replace the same thing we had exactly so. He was really patient with me because I couldn't make decision. I was just really happy with their service. He was flexible on time and he was here for the install so it was nice to have designer here when other guys were installing it just to follow up on it. They are very professional. I would use them again."

"Rick was very punctual. Very polite and explained everything very throughly. There were complications with repairing the door, because a totally new jam needed to be milled. Rick explained all of this after he had pulled the old frame out. The job cost more than we both had anticipated, but Rick was very generous with his time and materials. At all times Rick kept in contact with me to keep me posted ont the progress. <br /> The door is wonderful. Is now air tight, and the winter I will not have to worry about putting towels down to block the air flow!. <br /> I would recommend RFD Construction to anyone because it is a well done job, minimum time spent to fix a terrible mess the Rick needed to fix for me. <br /> I have another door that needs fixed like the one that has just been repaired, but will await until next year to get this door done. <br /> Again, I will recommend him to anyone! <br /> <br />"
