"The job was done right and his customer service skills is excellent."

"Richard and his crew did a terrific job fixing my back porch roof and ceiling that was built only 5 years ago. The previous contractor did a terrible job. The crew was very professional and friendly. They will be installing new flooring next week."

"We had a great experience! Allen was very quick, thorough and efficient! We had other companies come out and they couldn't replace the window correctly and Allen got it taken care of!"

"quality is always excellent. Delivery has always been on time. this is the third time I have used Arkansas wood door"

"I received an email a few days later with the estimate for labor, which we were fine with. However, there was no information in the email about the hardware, so I replied with a request for that information. There was another back and forth while I tried to help her (his assistant, who is the one who sends his emails) understand that there had apparently been some snafu at the beginnng, on their part. She was extremely condescending, a poor communicator and, at the end of our conversation, downright rude! Next thing I know I receive an email "declining this job" and recommending Lowes. Lol. I know Jason is very busy and aren't we all! However, the person who acts as your liaison to your potential customers can make or break you and I believe she is costing him money! I hate to see our business relationship come to an end, particularly after sending him tens of thousands of dollars in referrals, but it is what it is."

"Great work ethics,on time, meticulous on detail, and the work speaks for itself just great"

"They showed up on time and were very cordial. I felt that they were trustworthy and they were. The price was very fair."

"Cleveland was efficient, professional and respectful! I will definitely recommend and use him for repairs needed around my home."

"My door install was completed by House Doctors and they did a great job. The tech was professional and made sure the job was done right. I couldn’t be happier with the work done or the price charged."

"Person who did the job was pleasant. He arrived late, but I could understand why. My problem is that he replaced the wall part of the opener and he replaced it with a used one. It was not new and I didn't realize that it was not new until I looked at it the next day. I chose these people because of positive reviews on Angie's List. After my service, I went back and looked at them and discovered that they are all written on the same day. Perhaps they are not legitimate. My biggest mistake was that I didn't get three estimates. Lesson well learned!"
