"Working with Arthur and the Ballard Enterprises team was a great experience. They did an amazing job with the landscaping, cleanup, and retaining wall. I nearly cried because I haven't seen the outside of my home look decent in so long. :-) The brick for the retaining wall is beautiful and it seems to "brighten" the home. Ballard also did cleanup in my back area and WOW! It looks great and no more walking through tall weeds and mint to get to my deck. I appreciate Arthur teaching me about hostas. I'm not a gardener and know very little about plants and had no idea that was in my yard. And I thought this would take a couple of days but they completed everything in one day. "We obtained several opinions and quotes, and decided to go with Mark and his team because they provided several solutions for the issue: 1) Install pipe underground that connected our sump pump output to a pop-up at the bottom of the yard, so that water from the sump pump could no longer saturate the lawn 2) plant topsoil and grass, so that the water had a place to go instead of just washing the mud down the hill, and 3) redo the concrete step at the base of our walkway with a gradient so that water would no longer collect there. All three solutions worked. We have since had two storms and our walkway has remained puddle and mud-free. Furthermore, Mark was very professional. Proactive communication, arrived on-time as expected. Called before he came by. Mark proved to be trustworthy, and followed-through on everything he said he would do.
