The property did not have a proper drainage system due to its low elevation. Tod Anderson came out and quickly started troubleshooting and coming up with a multi-faceted approach toward mitigating future flooding issues. After the plan was designed and approved, the project started within a week. Every day, the landscapers would show up right on time and work meticulously throughout the day. Tod would appear on site several times to check on the project and make continued suggestions for the best solution possible. He understood that landscaping was secondary to flood mitigation - and I very much appreciated his care and understanding of my problem. "Looking for a fantastic landscaper look no further. This family business has a permanent place in my address book. They went over and above our expectations. Our project included replacing a Tahitian Gardenia in our swail. Excavating the planting site laying down weed block and slate. The rest of the project was behind our pool area. We had 18 upright Podocarpus planted along our fence line, a drip line added, and also a a ponytail palm planted. Our 55’ Sable Palm trimmed and cleaned up. Had weed block laid down in this area with walking pavers and black slate. All of the trees along the side fence line were trimmed too. Marvin did an excellent job with all the landscaping. He listened to exactly what I wanted done and well, we couldn’t be happier. They cleaned everything up there was nothing left for me to do except sit back and relax."
