"Had an exterior door installed at my 75 year old home. One main reason I selected them was they promised to be diligent on lead paint cleanup. During the work little if any precautions were implemented and the installer didn?t seem knowledgeable about the procedure (?sweep it up?) and only seemed concerned about his exposure. They also installed a deadbolt key lock on the interior so if the door is bolted, there is an emergency, and we don?t have the key handy, my family will die. No one should have to request this solution; I?m flabbergasted such a design is even possible. Amongst several other notable issues, I had to wait several weeks before they came out to consider mitigating these problems by which time the lead dust likely spread elsewhere around my home. Disappointing experience and not worth the premium price."

"Aaron and his crew repaired water damage from a leak in our front porch roof. They reframed the deck and replaced the deck surface, then replaced a roof beam, part of a soffett, and built up a new roof substructure for a new flat roof. They replaced exterior stairs, and side shingles in a number of impacted areas. It was multiple projects to get our 100 year old porch back in great shape. They finished off with painting around this project and all other trim around the house. The house is in great shape after all their efforts. Aaron's time estimates at different stages were right on. He and his crew were timely and easy to have around. We like their work quay and we'd work with them again."
