"Diane is truly an artist. Very easy to work with; attention to detail and quality is top of the line; genuinely custom. The follow through to make sure our piece was perfect (for them too), was stellar."

"1/19/26 review update Had 18 windows and 2 doors installed on 11/1. Installation went fine. Unfortunately after installers left I noticed a piece of window frame protruding from my siding, where one of the old windows punctured about a quarter size hole in my siding when removed. I texted Tyler, the lead installer about it and he assured me they would be able to replace the siding since they are the ones who made the whole. A couple weeks go by and I hear nothing so I text Tyler again. He says he is waiting on a color code for the siding from the office. Another couple of weeks go by, still nothing, so I text him again, get the same response. Two more weeks of silence so I call the corporate number. They assure me they see that more work needs to be done and they will have the person who schedules this call me to set up a date. Guess what? Have never heard back from them. I have a feeling I'll be paying for this out of pocket since window world apparently has no interest in fixing their mistake. Scheduled an install for 10/31 at the beginning of October. Get a call at 4:20 pm on 10/30 saying they can no longer come out on the scheduled day. This is after I had taken a day off of work to be home for the installation. No offer of a discount or anything for wasting my time. This is after I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone trying to schedule the salesman to return to my house because they somehow couldn't find my file. We will see how the installation goes if they actually show up on Saturday. At this point not sure I would recommend."

"We asked for Bolts to be installed, he instead installed straps. (He said that's the standard, our builder recommended bolts, thus we asked for bolts to be placed on top of the wall.) We also asked for two doors in a corner, he only put in one door. (He stated it didn't make sense to have two doors, next to each other. My wife wanted two doors, enough said.) Some of the poured concrete was not mixed well, thus there's some flaws in the walls. Overall, at least they came and did the job."
