"I wrote an excellent review in 8/2016 after I had been using these ladies to clean my home for a few months. They do the best cleaning work. I loved them both professionally and personally and was very generous giving them extra money, housewares, fine handbags, shoes and clothing I no longer needed and special gifts for birthdays and holidays. They are honest people. On Friday 12/22/17 the ladies were supposed to arrive by 11:00 to clean before Christmas. I had bags and boxes of wrapped Christmas gifts waiting for them. At 11:30 they had not arrived so I called to see if they were OK. They were cleaning another home-a new customer. Sandra asked if it was OK if they arrived by 12:30 and I said yes. At 12:50 I called again. Sandra said they were just leaving and could be at my home in around 45 minutes. I had arranged my day based on an 11-11:30 and 2:00 did not work. I asked if they could come the next day so my house would be nice for Christmas. They couldn't come until 12/26. After being a loyal, generous and regular customer for almost 2 years they put the needs of a new customer ahead of mine. They took advantage of my kindness and generosity and then let me down at one of the most important times of year. They had done this to me a few times before so I should have been smarter and realized that they weren't reliable but I have a habit of leading with my heart. Had they called me that morning and let me know they were going to be late I would have been able to arrange my schedule. I never expected such disrespectful and inconsiderate treatment from them and I could not recommend them again because they are unreliable."
