"After making the arrangements I was contacted in a timely manner and Wanda worked me in on one of the three days I asked for so that part was great. However, on the day of service she showed up approx 2 1/2 hours late (due to rain) and arrived alone. In the past most companies have sent out 2 or more people hence 2 people for 3 hrs equal the 6 hour Deal etc. Being she got there at 2:45 pm it was going to be a long day or so I initially thought. She was very pleasant and worked very fast. My house is not that big and not that dirty so she was able to breeze through the place in about 2 1/2 hours. I asked about the 6 hrs I paid for and she said "it is what it is and she would not make a second trip due to the distance". And asked if there was anything else I needed cleaned. I made a quick check and things seemed Ok not great but Ok. Then my wife got home and discovered areas that were not dusted at all or just skimmed over. Things like the fan blades were untouched as were window sills etc. One other thing that stood out was that when she arrived she asked where I kept my vacuum where any other company I have used has always brought their own supplies and equipment and PROVIDED THE ENTIRE NUMBER OF HOURS OF SERVICE PURCHASED."

We purchased a deal through Angie's List to move out most of our belongings when we bought a new home. Our plan was to leave furniture at the house we were selling to stage it. In our initial move we left some bedroom pieces, a living room set, a dining room set, a kitchen table, and some kitchen items, as well as wall hangings. The house sold in 3 days and we had to move out the remaining items within 2 weeks. Since I had just used Start Moving a few weeks prior and was thrilled with their service, I called them and set up another move date.

The move went off without a hitch and the team was fantastic. I do not plan on moving again anytime soon, but if I did, I would contact Start Moving.

"Nate and Josh were AMAZING! Very professional and punctual. They arrived early and worked until the job was done. They didn't take any breaks except for a few minutes here or there to eat. They were very careful with all of our items and padded each item individually. I was impressed with how organized they were. They kept all of the hardware in a separate box where it will be easy to find. They were prepared with all of the right packing supplies. They went so far as to dust furniture prior to packing and to help us move a few pieces that were staying in the house as well. They were friendly and had no problem packing around our busy toddler. I can't say enough good things about these movers. We would use them again and recommend them to our friends."

They have dump trailer drop-off but also have a crew that can help you out with labor if you need help loading or with demolition, etc,. They also do garage/house cleanouts and various other chores."
