"At the time scheduled, two young gentlemen (Sam & Larry(?) I am terrible at remembering names!) arrived at the house, after calling to confirm their arrival on the drive over. They first took the time to understand exactly what the job entailed, asked good questions and listened to my answers to determine my preferences, made excellent suggestions to improve the installation appearance & function, and then proceeded to do an efficient, professional, and excellent job installing the two large TV's and one new home-theater sound system.
