We have a disabled child who is an elopement risk, so this wasn’t just a home improvement project – it was a safety priority. I wanted vinyl because she can’t climb it and it’s low maintenance. The vinyl gates were backordered, but we had a birthday party coming up and needed the yard secured. I asked if they could build wooden gates on each side that looked intentional rather than like a workaround. They did it perfectly. You’d never know it wasn’t part of the original design. What stood out most was how much they actually cared. They brought up safety multiple times (gate placement, latch height, how everything would function for our specific situation.) That meant more than I can express. When the placement needed to shift, they stopped and checked with me instead of just making the call themselves. They kept me updated the whole way through."
