"When I called the office to get some information about the cost of the work, the individual I spoke with was extremely helpful and informative. He was able to schedule me for the next day between 8-10 am. The next morning the technician, Roscoe and another plumber arrived promptly at 8 am and even took off their shoes without me even asking them! They worked very efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Once I received the bill, I was shocked that they charged me significantly less than what another plumbing company was quoting me for the same work! I even asked for a second opinion on the another toilet that I was told needed to be rebuilt and Roscoe didn't try to upsell or pressure me to get additional unnecessary work done.
