With the Covid-19 situation, they also took proper precautions to safeguard themselves and others. The job only took a few hours. Would use them again, but probably during the week since they charge extra to work on the weekends."

"I got Masterpiece through Homeadvisor while living in South Korea. The price beat all competitors we contacted. We were relocating to Hawaii and had a very small window to tear out tile and carpet then re-floor our entire house. Willi and his wife contacted me right away, helped us pick the right product, determine the type and color of molding, and scheduled the work all while we were still in Asia! Once we got to Oahu, Willi met with us to confirm the flooring product was right (pictures are difficult to judge), discussed how the flooring would be laid out, and promised us the work would be done on time. On this last part, Willi was wrong- they finished early. Floor looks great and we would recommend Masterpiece to anyone."
