Juan also addressed a water pooling issue near our foundation—a problem we’d been grappling with for a while. 3. "CRACKS, CRACKS CRACKS !!!My brand new ten month old driveway from Total Paving is a bunch of CRACKS!!! The cracks are growing longer and wider and new ones are forming all over my driveway- down the center of the whole driveway, along the sides and in between. The owner of Total paving George Lozada even noted on an invoice that “a notable amount of cracking , which is not typical for a year old driveway , has become an issue that may not be resolved by typical repair methods”However, he would not redo the driveway which is under WARRANTY unless I hired a soil Expert and agreed to pay for the dig up of the old driveway undercutting and new asphalt which was going to be the case as asking for a driveway without cracks was opening a can of worms . I already paid 11,589 and am not going pay for a redo .The Total Paving says they Guarantee an esthetically complete driveway that shows off its quality through its beauty”- that is Not my Cracked driveway! Total Paving website states “our commitment to you is to provide a strong and durable pavement that us functional , reliable for years to come “ - that is Not my Cracked driveway.Total Paving website states “the proper steps are taken to install a driveway that lasts “-that us not my Cracked driveway! Whether it was improper base,( which I have pictures when they widened my driveway on the cracked side they never added any rocks or base the day of installation)wet base, the asphalt material or installation workmanship something went wrong that day and my driveway from Total Paving is horribly Cracked!"

"JD and his team just did the second job for us - new front yard sod & some new backyard plantings. The work is beautiful, just what we wanted, and was done efficiently and with such a great, positive crew. JD is meticulous - you get a beautiful yard and simple instructions to keep it that way! He has a great feel for what the customer wants and understands what it's going to look like all year round and over the long term. His original design is still beautiful almost 10 years later. "I?m sad to write this review as Hero started off as a wonderful landscape partner to us with excellent communication and integrity. Unfortunately this past year we paid for a season pass of bi-weekly lawn mowing services plus an additional spring clean up service. We tried to work things out with Hero but ultimately we received fewer than half the lawn visits, no spring clean up and the visits we received were sporatic and not on the promised timeline. Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person. We lost $480 in services."
