"They always treated us fairly. They had to come back because we had some damages. Their work ethic was good. It was a fairly new product at that time which was 3 or 4 years ago. We had some problems with the installation. The company sent representatives down but they had to do it twice and they did. It was a new product and some of our problems that we encountered were not their fault. They thought the young guy that was trained and went to school to learn how to apply this material knew what he was doing and according to the manufacturer, he didn't. They stood behind it and fixed. They always came whenever I would call with a problem. We've had three problems and if they didn't get it right this time, I would look for somebody else in the future."
