Phil was always on time for appointments, listened to our ideas and incorporated many of them. He always called back within a few hours of us leaving messages. He was very methodical in making sure that the landscaping looked good with the house and the surroundings. We couldn't be happier with the results. It is beautiful and well built. Hank and the crew worked very hard and had high standards for their craftsmanship. They were also very respectful. We had an excellent experience and would hire Planscape again for any other landscaping needs. I highly recommend them. The only issue is that they started our job 6-8 weeks later than estimated. Although we were anxious to get it completed, it wasn't a problem because we didn't have to water the grass and plants during a very dry summer."
