"Awesome service. Purchased a "new to me" home that needed the 13 year old HVAC system removed and replaced, along with duct work insulation. They came out removed the old air handler so we could repair the closet. When we had the closet repaired, they were back out to fix the duct work and remove and replace the heat pump system. Brian and his helper were very professional and did an awesome job. Arrived on time. Cleaned up the job site. Just very nice, professional and personable. I will have them come back for all the preventive maintenance!"

"This process is nothing short of AMAZING! My enclosure was in really bad shape (my gas powered pressure washer kept giving me trouble). It finally got so bad I had to do something. I called JJ and he came out right away and gave me a quote and scheduled the job right away. He explained the process to me and answered all my questions but I had no idea that the results were going to make my pool enclosure frame look like new! Even when I had pressure washed before it would leave some dingy gray sections on the white frame and after this soft wash process, all that was gone! I couldn't believe my eyes! It cost a little more than pressure washing probably would have cost, but it is worth every penny and then some! You won't BELIEVE the outcome! Give JJ a call!"

"A/C went out Sunday night. Called first thing Monday and had a service man, Frank, arrive that afternoon. A/C was still under parts warranty but not labor. Frank diagnosed and replaced the part in about 30 minutes. Once replaced, Frank stood by to check on the A/C function. A/C hadn't been properly serviced in a long time. Frank signed me up for a service call for later in the week. Frank was friendly and professional. No high pressure sales tactics. Paid about $142 for call out and pre-paid $193 for the unit service call. A/C Service Man, Trae-von, arrived on time as scheduled. He called ahead when he was about 15 minutes out which was nice, so i could get my dogs secured. He explained what he was going to do and worked for about an hour checking and cleaning out my compressor and air handler. Very professional and polite."

"I called AirAnomics for an appointment and was given the availability, cost and method of cleaning. I was able to schedule an appointment for 2 days later and was asked if wanted to be on cancellation call to which I replied in the affirmative. I was told awaiting a call back for appointment scheduled within the hour and if not received would call me back. Received a call from the owner asking if could come in an hour as no call back from scheduled call. AirAnomics arrived on time, followed requests for not entering/exiting from home without me being by door because of my cats, performed the work in professional manner, cleaned up some dust droppings from disconnect of hose, presented the bill as quoted, returned water hose to coil that had used to wash out vacuum filter and departed. I asked if they had a yearly reminder list in their database and was told that they do not like to present the company as pushing for biz, however would appreciate if I called them again next year. I assured them I would mark my calendar and do so."

Estimator was responsive and worked hard to ensure I was beyond satisfied with the job, from prompt receipt of the estimate to final completion and permitting of job. I sought estimates from three companies before going with Comfort Temp. Installers were professional and informative during removal of old system and install of new system. They reviewed all available options and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Plumbers installed extra valves at my request (without up charge) so that I could subsequently install outdoor sink. Total job time was less than 48 hours. System placement was appropriate, new gas lines and piping insulation looks clean and well designed, outdoor unit was moved to a new location that is significantly quieter from inside the residence. I highly recommend and will continue to do business with this company."
