BRI did everything you should expect - Warranty, Proof of Insurance, a real, electronic based quote, credit card, and their price was mid-point. As far as work: First, they came on time. Second, they were thorough, detailed, and cleaned-up (albeit they never made a mess). Lastly and most important: They did it right. It was a very stress-free home maintenance project.
