Kyle,the owner, delivered excellent service with a professional, courteous, caring attitude and impressive follow-through in all phases of our interaction. We found him, his employee, Eric, and their office manager (Kyle’s aunt) to be uniformly great to work with: from first contact, through assessment and estimate, to work completion. They all impressed us with their professional attitudes. We needed a new toilet, since the one we inherited constantly malfunctioned. We have a septic system so we wanted to make sure we installed something that would not strain our system but would work reliably for years. Although I had researched options for a month, I wanted to hear what a professional would say. We asked Kyle for advice. He inspired confidence during the discussion. He recommended a great fixture, and the toilet installation was done on time, efficiently, and cleanly. He and Eric left the bathroom neat and without any kind of debris, and even though the day of installation was raining heavily there was no mess at all from coming in and out—they treated our property with respect and consideration. We are seniors, and we are paying for this work out of Social Security — so the small discount they offer was welcome, but, even more importantly, the work estimate was accurate too. No “sticker shock.” So far, we are very happy with the new setup. Kyle’s business is a small one, but a more reliable and courteous business than some of the bigger outfits we have had in the past. Hiring workmen can be ridiculously stressful and frankly occasionally infuriating. We had a small business ourselves, so I really am stunned sometimes by how badly some people run theirs. SO often I can’t get plumbers or workmen to follow through on one or more steps in my hiring process; either they don’t come on time or when promised (!), disappear after we ask for a written estimate, or charge us unnecessary fees up front. Plumbing/reliable sanitation is an essential need in every home, and can probably be a difficult profession; but it is necessary for health and well-being. What a pleasure, then, to recommend Kyle’s Fellowship Plumbing and Mechanical. They provide an professional service from start to finish."

"Louis is the best!! Very conscientious, communicative and does EXCELLENT work. He showed up first thing everyday until the job was done. He had creative solutions for some tricky issues that cropped up with the old house and our modern needs and delivered the best results and appearance. He didn't take the expedient way out--he delivered quality solutions. He explained all the options and gave advice where needed and didn't try to up-sell me for his benefit. He understood the scope of the work and was precise in estimating how long each portion would take. He coordinated and communicated with the contractors, electricians and HVAC guys (none whom he had worked with before) so that he could get the job done right and on time--no ego issues or grumping about other's work or timing. He was accommodating with his schedule when he had to comeback after other contractors finished their part so he needed to perform his next step. Even after the bulk of the work was done and paid for, Louis continued to respond to questions via email or text by the next day, and he always came back when he scheduled to. "I needed to plumb a new whole house generator with natural gas, so why not plan on converting everything to natural gas as the appliance needs replacing (propane hot water and stove) right????? I called TOM'S PLUMBING after doing a search on ANGIE'S LIST for a professional. I figured I would get 5 quotes, narrow it down to 3 and then really compare the 3 and decide on one. I did contact 5 professionals and all came to the house and reviewed the job. So, I decided on TOM's PLUMBING after reviewing the 3 and even with a couple of quick revisions to the job, we were able to schedule it in for the following week. This one point was very important to me as we were going to be leaving for vacation, and if I could get this project done, one less thing for me to think about. Tom and his associate Chris showed up right on time on the scheduled day, which was a hot one. They went right to work regardless of the heat, and completed on time. One way I judge a service is whether or not i would hire them again. In regards to TOM's PLUMBING, yes, I would CERTAINLY hire them again, and in fact, I'm already contemplating a couple of new projects. In summary, TOM's PLUMBING is as professional as they come and yet, small enough to be able to work with a home owner for any and all revisions, I mean, we all know things come up. Tom was always available for any questions or concerns and I knew I was in good hands. so not only would I hire them again, I would recommend TOM's PLUMBING to family and friends, which is really what we all care about!!!"

"On all of the jobs, they were very professional. Statewide seems to stand by any work that they do, which is so important. If there was something that they needed to amend, they were on it right away. When my mop sink in the basement was stained with rust water after a flush, and they sent someone out immediately in order to clean it up. Now it looks spotless. (Ajax powder along with a brillo or the tough part of a common sponge work wonders apparently!) Thank you, Statewide!"

"I could not have asked for a better experience. I have been through several remodel projects and I have to say this one was the best one of all. I wish I had found Stephan @ HS Remodeling years ago. His professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail were unsurpassed by any other contractors I have hired in years past. Stephan not only did premium work on removing old tile and replacing new tile in my shower, shower floor, bathroom floor as well as installing a new linen closet but he did so without disturbing the remainder of the house. Every evening when I came home from work, my home was neat, clean and orderly. All tools and material used by Stephan were neatly arranged in one corner of the bathroom. All work areas were cleaned and organized. Previous remodels by other contractors in my home have been extremely tense as I felt I had no control over what I would find when I came home from work.
