I found their quote very reasonable but waited a couple of days to receive other quotes. They were able to do an outstanding job in repairing the floor and matching the stain on my flooring. "Tom worked with us to ensure our needs were met in the design and throughout the construction project and we are pleased with the end result but the communication throughout the process was challenging. We had to initiate all communication and he did not keep us in the loop frequently enough. Still has not come back to fix two defective wood rails after completing the project over 8 months ago. Very frustrating experience."
